APMBuild Ltd (company number 16087373, VAT GB480321319) is an energy-efficient construction company based in Hereford, Herefordshire. Today we deliver extensions, renovations and refurbishments regionally, and supply CE/UKCA-compliant European building materials, project management, on-site mentoring and PHPP pre-assessment UK-wide. EnerPHit deep retrofit, Passive House new build and design-build A–Z are services in development, with first projects being scoped.
Our headquarters is in Hereford and we build across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, south Shropshire, Monmouthshire and east Powys — roughly an hour's drive from the city. For materials supply, we ship UK-wide from our established European sourcing network, typically within 5–10 days.
Director Paweł Okurowski is Passive House-trained (PHI-accredited Level 2, AZB Wrocław, January 2023) with 20+ years of European construction experience, and APMBuild operates as a Passive House-trained contractor with direct access to continental supply chains. This combination of building physics expertise, direct European material sourcing, and a full A–Z design-build service is rare in the UK market.
EnerPHit-route deep retrofits with APMBuild typically range from £1,800 to £2,600 per m², depending on existing fabric condition, glazing specification and MVHR scope. We provide free 30-minute consultations and detailed feasibility quotes before any commitment.
Today we build extensions, renovations and refurbishments. Passive House new build and design-build A–Z are services in development, with first projects being scoped for 2026–2027 — the Passive House training, PHPP pre-assessment and European supply chain behind them are already in place. Indicative pricing for those services: Passive House new build £2,400–£3,200 per m², full design-build A–Z (architecture, PHPP, build, interiors, bespoke furniture) £2,800–£3,800 per m².
Lead times depend on project scale and current pipeline, but most APMBuild projects move from initial consultation to design within 2–4 weeks. Materials orders from our European network arrive typically within 5–10 days.
