We deliver EnerPHit-route deep retrofits, Passive House new builds, design-build A–Z projects, and supply CE/UKCA-compliant European building materials across the UK.
Our headquarters is in Hereford and we deliver construction projects across the West Midlands and Wales. For materials supply, we ship UK-wide from our Polish, German and Austrian sourcing network, typically within 5–10 days.
Director Paweł Okurowski is PHPP-trained with 20+ years of European construction experience, and APMBuild operates as a Passive House-trained contractor with direct access to continental supply chains. This combination of building physics expertise, Polish/German/Austrian material sourcing, and a full A–Z design-build service is rare in the UK market.
EnerPHit-route deep retrofits with APMBuild typically range from £1,800 to £2,600 per m², depending on existing fabric condition, glazing specification and MVHR scope. We provide free 30-minute consultations and detailed feasibility quotes before any commitment.
We deliver both. Passive House new builds with APMBuild typically cost £2,400–£3,200 per m², and full design-build A–Z projects (architecture, PHPP, build, interiors, bespoke furniture) range from £2,800 to £3,800 per m².
Lead times depend on project scale and current pipeline, but most APMBuild projects move from initial consultation to design within 2–4 weeks. Materials orders from our European network arrive typically within 5–10 days.
